Best results come when an adequate desktop study has been carried out. Before works are carried out a project enquiry form will be sent to clients to establish the full requirements of work. This will enable realistic costing and eliminate any unexpected extras like hire of high level access equipment.

Strategy

All survey works will be carried out by P402 qualified surveyors following methods set out in HSG 264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide.
Urgent issues seen on site will be reported immediately to the client in order to minimise exposure from damaged asbestos.
Results

We offer a fast efficient service with reports issued in electronic format and with the option to have an express turnaround time. This will include an asbestos register with the overall asbestos risk rating and any recommendations for remediation of asbestos items. This helps aid Duty Holders with their legal responsibilities of updating and maintaining the asbestos register for premises they are responsible for.
